This Privacy Policy describes how Delacure Consulting Co., LLC ("Delacure Consulting," "we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with the iOS applications we develop and publish (collectively, the "Apps").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and designing our Apps to collect as little information as possible. Our Apps are designed primarily to function locally on your device and do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Apps, including existing Apps and Apps we may develop and publish in the future, unless a particular App provides a separate privacy policy or notice that specifically states otherwise.

Information We Do Not Collect

Our Apps do not require you to provide personal information to use their core features.

Unless specifically stated in an App's individual privacy notice, we do not collect or maintain:

Your name
Your email address
Your telephone number
Your physical address
Your precise location
Your contacts or address book
Your photographs or personal media
Your health or fitness information
Your financial or banking information
Your passwords
Your government-issued identification
Other personally identifiable information

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or advertising networks.

We do not use our Apps to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising systems, or third-party analytics services to monitor your use of our Apps.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Many of our Apps allow you to create, save, customize, or otherwise manage information within the App.

Depending on the particular App, examples may include:

Recipes or other content you create
Favorites or saved items
Shopping lists
Pantry or inventory information
Personal preferences
Filter and display settings
Other information you choose to enter or create within the App

This information is designed to remain on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not maintain a cloud database containing this information, and we do not have access to information that is stored solely within the App on your device.

Because this information is stored locally, it may be permanently lost if you delete the App, reset your device, or otherwise remove the App's local data. The availability of device backups or restoration features is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by us.

Purchases and Payment Information

Some of our Apps may offer paid features or one-time or recurring in-app purchases.

Purchases made through our Apps are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials used to make an App Store purchase.

Apple may collect and retain information relating to your App Store account, downloads, purchases, refunds, and other App Store activity in accordance with Apple's own privacy practices.

We may receive limited information from Apple or through Apple's App Store reporting systems relating to downloads, purchases, revenue, or other aggregate or transaction-related information necessary for us to operate and manage our Apps and business.

Purchase Validation and RevenueCat

Certain Apps may use RevenueCat to manage and validate in-app purchase entitlements.

When an App uses RevenueCat, RevenueCat may receive information necessary to validate purchases and maintain the App's purchase entitlement status. Depending on the configuration of the particular App, this may include an Apple purchase receipt, transaction information, limited technical information, and an anonymous App User ID generated by RevenueCat.

Our Apps are configured, where RevenueCat is used, so that we do not intentionally provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information.

RevenueCat's default anonymous App User ID is designed to identify a purchaser within the App's purchase-management system without requiring the user to create an account or provide identifying information.

RevenueCat acts as a service provider/data processor for information it processes on behalf of its customers. RevenueCat's own privacy practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

If a particular App does not use RevenueCat, RevenueCat does not receive information from that App.

Apple and the App Store

When you download, update, or purchase an App through Apple's App Store, Apple independently collects and processes information in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable law.

Apple may collect information relating to your Apple Account, device, App Store activity, downloads, purchases, payment transactions, and other interactions with Apple's services.

We do not control Apple's collection or use of this information.

Analytics and Tracking

Our Apps are designed without third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

We do not:

Track your activity across other apps or websites
Use advertising identifiers for behavioral advertising
Sell or share personal information with advertising networks
Use data brokers
Build advertising profiles about our users
Monitor your activity for targeted advertising
Use third-party analytics services to create individual user profiles

We may receive aggregate or transaction-related information from Apple concerning downloads, purchases, or sales of our Apps. This information is used for purposes such as understanding overall App distribution, managing our business, and accounting.

We do not use such information to track your activity across unrelated apps or websites.

Information You Choose to Provide

Our Apps generally do not require you to provide personal information.

If you voluntarily contact us, such as by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide in that communication. We may use that information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide support, address technical issues, or otherwise communicate with you about your request.

We do not use information voluntarily provided through support communications for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

The applicable age rating and intended audience may vary by App. Where an App contains content or features that are not appropriate for children, the App's age rating and App Store description will reflect that limitation.

Because our Apps generally do not require accounts or collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Apps.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps are designed to minimize their use of third-party services.

Depending on the particular App, third-party services may be used when necessary to provide a specific function, such as processing or validating an in-app purchase through Apple or RevenueCat.

We do not use third-party services for behavioral advertising, data brokerage, or cross-app tracking.

Any third-party service used by a particular App may process information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

Data Security

Because we intentionally minimize the collection and transmission of information, we do not maintain a large centralized database of personal information about App users.

Information stored locally within an App remains on your device. The security of information stored on your device is also affected by your device's security settings, operating system, passcode, and other security features provided by Apple.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not maintain personal user profiles or centralized databases containing the information you create and store within our Apps.

Information stored solely within an App is generally removed when the App and its associated local data are deleted from your device, subject to any device-level backup or restoration systems controlled by Apple.

Information associated with App Store purchases, downloads, and transactions may be retained by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable legal and accounting requirements.

Where RevenueCat is used by an App, RevenueCat may retain purchase and related information in accordance with its own policies and our configuration of its services.

If you contact us directly, we may retain correspondence as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not rent personal information to third parties.

We do not provide personal information to data brokers.

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or behavioral advertising.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Apps, business practices, applicable law, or the services we use.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of an App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
